A HEALTHY, GOURMET BREAKFAST - €25
Set in a cosy, out-of-the-way lounge, the breakfast room is designed like a contemporary bistro, with warm, woody tones, wide velvet benches and modern furniture. The space welcomes you every morning from 07:00 to 10:30 for a gourmet breakfast featuring French cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruit, a selection of cereals and traditional viennoiseries.
AN EPICUREAN INTERLUDE
Neighboring the hotel, the Michelin-starred restaurant l'Hémicycle recently opened on rue de Bourgogne. It features Italian chef Flavio Lucarini and, on the sweet side, his partner Aurora Storari. As part of a stay at the hotel, you benefit from a preferential rate reserved for our loyal guests. Treat yourself to a memorable experience around a gourmet and contemporary cuisine.

Join us at the BM bar for a cup of tea or a glass of wine. Bathed in light thanks to an octagonal glass roof, the bar area is open to our guests from early afternoon or evening.

Lovers of spirits will delight in a fine menu created with the experts at La Maison du Whisky, featuring some thirty references from among the finest French and international spirits.

Hôtel Bourgogne & Montana doesn't have its own restaurant, but it does offer a charming alternative. Enjoy one of the dishes prepared in our partner restaurant, Le Bourbon, a veritable institution in the 7th arrondissement, served directly to your room.
