It has transformed, renewed and evolved, while always drawing inspiration from the trends that surround it.
Today, it balances a deep-rooted history with a contemporary vision of the art of living.
Its decor forms a lovely dialogue between past and present. Moldings and fireplaces rub shoulders with the modern curves of the furniture. The ultra-graphic lines of the floor lead into a bistro-style dining room, punctuated by contemporary design objects.

If your room isn’t ready yet, we can even reserve the shower and sauna exclusively for you. Our front desk staff can arrange your transfers to or from train stations or airports, make restaurant reservations for you, book exclusive guided tours, or secure tickets to events.

Check-in at Bourgogne & Montana begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, allowing guests to arrive at any time of the day or night. Late check-out after 12:00 PM may be arranged depending on availability; additional fees may apply depending on the time of departure.
Monday through Sunday, breakfast is served between 7:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
