Our Corporate Social Responsibility

At Hôtel Bourgogne & Montana, and more broadly in the hotels of the Biografy group, we are convinced that we all have the resources, imagination and skills to do our part in a rapidly changing world.

Our ambition: to move a little further each day towards a responsible model that respects our planet. We imagine, test and gradually deploy new solutions in our hotel, to limit our environmental impact, but also to give you the means to act and contribute at your own level during your stay with us.

"Because transformation happens individually, but it's in the collective that the magic happens!"

Thanks to the actions we take on a daily basis and all the steps we have taken, we are delighted to have been awarded the Clef Verte label in 2024.

The criteria for the Clef Verte label require us to respect nature and people, in particular by
controlling water and energy consumption, managing waste in an environmentally-friendly way, offering leisure activities that do not harm nature, and promoting the region's natural assets and stakeholders.

We support

Since 2011, we have been working hand in hand with the association La Voix de l'Enfant to help protect children and improve education.

183 700€

That's how much Biografy hotels have raised for La Voix De l'Enfant since our support began.

La Voix De l'Enfant is also about the children's workshops we run at the Hôtel de Buci (pastry-making workshops, discovering the hotel business) and the time our employees give to the association (taking part in sports tournaments, running workshops).

Gender equality index

100/100

This is the score obtained this year by the UES of the 5 Hotels of the Biografy Group in its Women - Men Equality Index responding to decree n°2019-15 of January 8, 2019 and which enables existing pay gaps to be measured, in order to better remedy them, and thus help achieve true equality between women and men in the world of work.

The gender gap in individual pay rises

Score : 35/35

Proportion of women who had an individual increase after maternity leave

Score : 15/15

Parity among the ten highest earners

Score : 10/10

Methodological precisions:The hotels refer to the year 2023, i.e. from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. The workforce in the 5 hotels was broken down into the following socio-professional categories: employees, supervisors and managers. In accordance with the decree, the following are not included in the calculation of the index: - Apprentices, professionalization contracts;- Employees made available by an external company, including temporary workers where applicable;- Employees whose contract is suspended for more than 6 months during the reference period.
